Founder and CEO

Josh Lewski holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting) and a Bachelor of Property (Real Estate Development). He also completed a semester abroad in California, where he was first exposed to the U.S. real estate market.

Josh began his career in financial services before transitioning full-time into real estate. He worked with a family-run development group in Australia, where he gained experience across development, structured finance, and real estate syndication.

In 2010–2011, Josh began actively evaluating distressed real estate opportunities in the United States during the post–financial crisis period, coinciding with the Australian dollar trading at parity. Over the past several years, he has spent significant time in New York City cultivating deep relationships with local developers, builders, brokers, mortgage professionals, and architects.

Josh brings nearly a decade of experience across real estate acquisitions, development, structured finance, and syndication, with a particular focus on U.S. residential and mixed-use opportunities.
