APC Capital is part of the APC Property Group. The firm and its principals have broad-based experience across commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, including acquisitions, development, construction, joint ventures, asset management, leasing, sales, structured financing, and syndication. APC Capital has executed and advised on transactions throughout Australia and, more recently, the United States.

In 2016, Josh Lewski, Founder and CEO of APC Capital, was appointed sole real estate advisor to a Europe-based private equity group, responsible for sourcing and executing U.S. real estate investments, primarily in New York City. Through extensive time on the ground, Josh developed strong local market knowledge, relationships, and direct access to high-quality deal flow.

More recently, Josh has advised or been involved with private equity and other investment groups across a range of residential development and condominium conversion projects. In these roles, he worked alongside sponsors, project teams, and professional consultants through design, approvals, and execution, contributing to product positioning and overall development strategy. These projects achieved pricing at the upper end of price-per-square-foot benchmarks within their respective submarkets.

These private equity and investment groups have participated across a range of investment structures, from passive investments to active joint ventures, and across the capital stack as appropriate for each transaction, including senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and common equity. Each investment was assessed on a deal-by-deal basis, aligned with risk-return objectives and prevailing market conditions.
